Privacy PolicyTerms of Use

Jett Terms of Use

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and Tendry, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Jett ("Jett," "we," "us"). They govern your use of usejett.com, app.usejett.com, any Jett mobile app, Jett's AI assistant, and related emails and messages (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Jett.

Please read section 23. It requires disputes to be brought individually, not as a class action, waives jury trials, and sets a one-year deadline for claims.

1. Who can use Jett

You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and a resident of the United States. You may book only for yourself and for people who have authorized you to book for them, and you accept these Terms on their behalf. You may not use Jett to resell travel or to book for others as a business.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or a one-time email code. Keep access to your email account, devices and passkeys secure, because anyone who controls them can use your Jett account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate. Jett may ask you to confirm it's you before you view or change a booking. Tell us right away at support@usejett.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. What Jett does

Jett searches for travel, ranks the options against your priorities, explains its recommendations, answers questions in chat, books travel you approve, and keeps your trips in one place. Some features, such as Google connections, may be offered only to some users while we test them. Over time we expect to add features such as hotel booking, inbox import, price-drop monitoring, disruption alerts and check-in help. These Terms apply to new features as they launch, along with any additional terms we show you at the time.

Jett may not show every flight, fare or airline. Which airlines and fares are available depends on our booking partners and can change.

4. AI recommendations and their limits

Jett's assistant is an AI, not a human travel agent. Jett uses AI and automated scoring to rank options and to answer you. Scores and rankings are Jett's opinion of how well an option fits your stated and learned priorities. They are not a guarantee of price, on-time performance, comfort or anything else, and Jett does not promise the lowest available price.

AI can be wrong. It can misunderstand a request, describe a fare rule incorrectly, or state outdated facts. Before you book, check the itinerary, total price and fare rules shown on the booking screen, which come from the airline or booking partner and control over anything the assistant says. Information about visas, entry rules, health and safety is general guidance, not legal, medical or professional advice; confirm it with official sources.

Jett ranks options without regard to any compensation it receives. You can switch to a ranking that ignores airline loyalty at any time.

5. Jett's role in your bookings

Jett is not an airline, hotel or other travel supplier and does not own or operate any travel service. When you book through Jett, Jett arranges the booking as an intermediary, through booking partners (currently Duffel and Jinko) that sell on behalf of airlines. Jett is not your fiduciary.

  • Your contract for travel is with the supplier. The airline's conditions of carriage, fare rules and other supplier terms ("Supplier Terms") govern your booking, including changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, delays and the supplier's liability. Supplier Terms may limit the supplier's liability and may be enforced by denying boarding or cancelling a booking.
  • Who sells to you and charges your card. Depending on the fare, either the airline or a booking partner is the seller and merchant of record, and its name appears on your card statement. For example, Jinko SAS, a registered French travel operator, sells many of the fares on Jett, and its Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to those bookings alongside the airline's. On other fares, the airline charges your card directly. The seller is responsible for refunds it owes. If Jett itself ever charges you, for a fee or because Jett is the seller of a booking, Jett will say so before you pay and the receipt will name Jett.
  • You accept those terms when you book. Before you confirm, the booking screen shows which Supplier Terms and booking partner terms apply, with links to them. Confirming a booking means you have read and accept them. Where they conflict with anything Jett or its assistant has told you about that booking, they control.
  • Special requests. Jett passes requests such as meals, wheelchair assistance or seating needs to the supplier, but cannot guarantee the supplier will meet them.
  • Referral links. Some fares Jett shows can only be bought on another website. If you continue to that site, you buy from that seller under its terms. Jett is not a party to that purchase and may be paid a referral fee.
  • Compensation. Jett may receive commissions, referral fees or other payments from suppliers and booking partners, and a markup may be included in the price shown. The price shown before you confirm is the total you pay for the fare and selected extras.

6. Approving a booking

Jett never books travel or charges you without your approval.

  1. Review. Before any purchase, Jett shows the flights, fare and its restrictions, each traveler, seats and extras, the payment method, the total price and links to the Supplier Terms and booking partner terms that apply. Asking Jett to search, compare or prepare a booking does not authorize a purchase.
  2. Confirm. You approve by tapping Confirm and then verifying with a passkey (such as Face ID or Touch ID) or a one-time code sent to your email for that exact booking. An approval applies only to the booking exactly as shown; any change in price, travelers, extras or payment method needs a new approval. Jett's AI cannot approve a payment for you.
  3. Paid extras. Jett adds paid seats or extras automatically only when you have told it to and within the amount you stated (for example, "extra legroom on flights over three hours, up to $40"), and always shows them before you confirm. Preferences Jett learns from your choices can pick free options, never paid ones.
  4. Confirmation. A booking is complete only when Jett shows it as confirmed with the airline's confirmation code. A saved trip, a quote or a result in chat is not a reservation. If a booking fails, Jett will tell you and you will not be charged for it.

If Jett books something different from what you approved because of Jett's error, tell us within 7 days. We will work with the supplier to correct or cancel it and will reimburse non-refundable amounts you paid as a direct result of our error. This is your sole remedy for that error, and it does not apply to differences caused by the supplier or to information you provided.

7. Prices, payments and fees

  • Prices. Prices are in US dollars and include taxes and mandatory carrier charges. Optional extras, such as bags and seats, are shown separately. Fares change often and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. Jett rechecks the price when you tap Book and shows any change before you confirm.
  • Saved cards. Jett saves a card only when you choose to save it, and it is stored by our payment processor, Stripe, not by Jett. By saving a card you authorize Jett to send it, or a single-use payment token based on it, to the airline or booking partner for bookings you approve. Some airlines require you to re-enter your card's security code for each booking.
  • Card benefits. Miles, bonus points, free bags and other card or loyalty benefits are set by your card issuer and loyalty program, and can depend on who charges your card. Jett does not guarantee them.
  • Jett fees. Jett currently charges no booking fee. We may introduce booking fees, subscriptions or paid features in the future. We will show any fee before you agree to it and will not charge you a fee you have not accepted.
  • Payment problems. If a payment is declined or reversed, the supplier may cancel the booking. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first so we can help resolve it with the party that charged you.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • Fare rules apply. Whether you can change or cancel, and what it costs, depends on the fare you bought. Basic Economy and other restricted fares may not allow changes, refunds or seat selection.
  • How to change or cancel. Use Jett where it supports the change, contact us at support@usejett.com, or contact the airline directly with your confirmation code. Deleting a trip in Jett does not cancel a reservation.
  • 24-hour cancellation. Under US Department of Transportation rules, US airlines generally let you cancel a booking within 24 hours without penalty if it was made at least 7 days before departure. The airline's own policy sets the details.
  • Refunds. Refunds are paid by the party that charged you, to the original payment method, and as Supplier Terms and the law require, including your right to a refund under US Department of Transportation rules if an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight. Jett will help you request a refund but cannot override the supplier's decision. Jett refunds only amounts Jett itself charged.
  • Schedule changes. Airlines change schedules. Jett passes on changes it receives, but you should check your flight status before you travel.
  • Missed flights. If you miss a flight or don't use a segment, the airline may cancel the rest of your itinerary without refund.

9. Traveler information and travel documents

Enter each traveler's name exactly as it appears on the ID they will travel with, and give a correct date of birth and gender. Airlines and TSA require these, and correcting them after booking may cost money or require a new ticket. Check your confirmation and tell us about any error within 24 hours of booking.

You are responsible for having valid ID (including REAL ID where required), passports, visas and any health documents, and for arriving in time to check in, clear security and board. Jett is not responsible if a traveler is denied boarding or entry because of documents, conduct or late arrival.

10. Notices about air travel

  • Operating carrier. Jett shows the airline that operates each flight when it differs from the airline that sells it.
  • Hazardous materials. Federal law forbids carrying hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles and radio-pharmaceuticals. There are special exceptions for small quantities of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person.
  • International travel. If your journey has a stop or destination outside the country of departure, the Montreal Convention or another treaty may apply and may limit the airline's liability for death or injury, delay and baggage.

11. Connected accounts

If you connect a Google account, you authorize Jett to read the calendars, email and date ranges you select to import your travel, use meeting details you ask about, and learn your travel preferences, as described before you connect and in the Privacy Policy. Jett does not send email, change your calendar or make purchases through a connected account. Imported travel and learned preferences can be incomplete or wrong; you can edit, delete or undo them. Importing a reservation does not verify it with the supplier. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Google is governed by your agreements with Google.

12. What Jett remembers

Jett personalizes results using preferences you state and preferences it learns from your choices, such as the seats you pick. You can see, edit and delete them in your Profile. Learned preferences are Jett's best guess and may be wrong; a preference you state, or a request in the moment, always takes priority.

13. Your content

"Your Content" means what you submit to Jett (messages, requests, files, feedback, profile details) and the responses Jett generates for you. As between you and Jett, you own Your Content. You give Jett a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and use Your Content to provide, maintain and improve the Service, including, in de-identified form, to improve Jett's own models as described in the Privacy Policy. You can opt out of that model use at any time. This license ends when Your Content is deleted under our retention rules, except for de-identified data already used.

You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. Do not submit other people's sensitive or confidential information unless you are authorized to. Jett's responses to you may be similar to responses it gives others, and those are not yours.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Jett unlawfully, fraudulently, or with a payment method you are not authorized to use;
  • make speculative, duplicate or fake bookings, or hold seats you do not intend to buy;
  • resell travel, act as a travel agent for others, or use Jett to build or train a competing product;
  • scrape, crawl or access Jett by automated means, or exceed usage limits;
  • reverse engineer the Service, or try to bypass its security, verification or spending controls;
  • try to manipulate Jett's AI, including by prompt injection, to extract its instructions, reach other users' data, or act outside your approval;
  • interfere with the Service, other users or our partners, or upload malware;
  • impersonate anyone or misstate your relationship with a traveler.

Instructions that appear inside a web page, email, calendar entry or document Jett reads are not instructions from you, and Jett will not treat them as your approval.

15. Jett's intellectual property and feedback

Jett, its software, ranking methods, design, content and trademarks belong to Tendry, LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own travel under these Terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

16. Third-party services

Jett relies on and links to services we do not control, including airlines, booking partners, payment processors, Google, map providers and AI providers. Jett is not responsible for their services, content, availability or policies, and your use of them may be subject to their terms. Flight data such as schedules, on-time history and fare rules comes from third parties and may be incomplete or out of date.

17. Communications

You agree to receive notices, agreements and other communications from Jett electronically, by email or in the app, and agree that they satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. We send booking, service and security messages as long as you have an account. Marketing messages are optional and include an unsubscribe link. If we offer text messages, we will ask for your consent first; you can reply STOP to end them, and message and data rates may apply.

18. Changes to the Service, suspension and termination

Jett is new and changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and some features may be labeled beta, pilot or preview, which means they may be less reliable and may be changed or withdrawn. You can stop using Jett and close your account at any time in your Profile.

We may suspend or close your account, or refuse or cancel a booking request, if you break these Terms, if we suspect fraud or misuse, if a partner requires it, or if continuing would expose you, Jett or others to harm or legal risk. Where practical, we will tell you why. We may also stop offering the Service with reasonable notice. Closing an account does not cancel confirmed bookings, which stay with the supplier. Sections 5, 8, and 12 through 28 continue to apply after your account closes.

19. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." JETT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. JETT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SUPPLIER OR BOOKING PARTNER, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, OVERBOOKING OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM THEM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

20. Events outside our control

Jett is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, terrorism, government action, airline or airport disruptions, and outages of internet, cloud, payment, booking partner or AI provider services. Where a supplier refunds money to Jett for your booking, Jett will pass it on to you.

21. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) JETT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST LOYALTY POINTS OR MILES, OR MISSED FARES OR OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY; AND (B) JETT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO JETT ITSELF (NOT TO SUPPLIERS OR BOOKING PARTNERS) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING FOR JETT'S FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT. They apply in addition to the remedy in section 6 for booking errors.

22. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Tendry, LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents against third-party claims, and related costs including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or of a supplier's terms, information you provide that is false or that you were not authorized to provide, or bookings you make for others without their authority. This does not apply to claims caused by Jett's own breach, fraud or negligence.

23. Disputes and class action waiver

Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, email support@usejett.com with your name, account email and a description of the problem and the relief you want. We will try to resolve it within 60 days. If we cannot, either of us may go to court.

Where. Any claim relating to the Service or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you and Jett consent to their personal jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court in your county of residence if it qualifies.

Individual claims only. YOU AND JETT MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. A court may not consolidate more than one person's claims or award relief to anyone other than the individual bringing the claim.

Jury waiver. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND JETT WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Time limit. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, unless the law does not allow this limit to be shortened.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable for a claim, that part will not apply to that claim, and the rest of this section will still apply.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be waived by contract.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed or disputes already filed. If you keep using Jett after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply; if you do not agree, close your account.

26. Mobile apps

If you download a Jett app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and Jett, not Apple or Google, and Jett alone is responsible for the app and its support. Your use of an iOS app is also subject to Apple's usage rules. Apple is not responsible for any warranty, product claim, or intellectual property claim relating to the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US restricted-party list.

27. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Supplier Terms for each booking, and any additional terms we show you for a specific feature are the entire agreement between you and Jett about the Service. If there is a conflict about a booking, the Supplier Terms control as to the supplier's obligations. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
